Luca Monica appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sa.No. S.r.l.

Luca Monica has been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SaNo S.r.l.

The appointment, approved yesterday by the Company’s corporate bodies, marks an important step in SaNo’s development path. Founded in the Accumoli–Amatrice area, SaNo is a historic excellence and a benchmark in the production of high-quality cured meats, particularly its iconic Amatrice pork cheek (guanciale) and Amatrice PGI ham.

With a solid track record in the food & beverage sector, Luca Monica brings to SaNo strong managerial and commercial expertise developed within leading Made in Italy excellence-driven organisations, supporting a new phase of strengthening and growth in Italy and across international markets.

This appointment represents a natural continuation of the project launched by B4 Investimenti at the end of 2023, aimed at further enhancing a company that combines tradition, quality and an industrial long-term vision.
