Sa.No. S.r.l. is a leading company in the processing and curing of pork meat, specialised in two flagship products: guanciale amatriciano and prosciutto amatriciano PGI.
Founded in 1979 as an artisanal workshop for the production of cured meats, the Company has evolved over time thanks to investments in advanced technologies and rigorous control of the entire production chain.
Its product portfolio also includes a selection of traditional cured meats – such as aquilano, cicolana, corallina, coppa and lonzino – many of which are included in the list of Traditional Agri-Food Products of the Lazio region recognised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry.
Operating mainly in the Italian market, where it has long held a leading position in Central Italy and Lazio, the Company distributes its products through major GDO, DO and Ho.Re.Ca. players, and aims to progressively expand and consolidate its presence in selected international markets.
