B4’s Team strengthens with the appointment of Giovanni Vecchio as Principal
We are pleased to welcome Giovanni Vecchio, who joins the investment team of B4 Investimenti as Principal.
His appointment represents the natural evolution of a professional collaboration that began over a year ago and has been further consolidated, in particular, through the recent investments in Vay S.r.l. and Frana – Polifibre S.r.l., to which Giovanni actively contributed both in the analysis and structuring phases and in the definition of the related development projects.
With over fifteen years of experience in investment banking, private capital and equity capital markets, Giovanni brings to B4 Investimenti a broad set of skills developed across more than thirty transactions in both regulated and private markets.
His appointment comes at a particularly dynamic stage for B4 Investimenti, marked by the further strategic development of the SGR’s activities, the start of the investment period of the third fund under management, B4 H III – Fondo EuVECA, and the continued strengthening of the structure supporting — together with our Investors — our entrepreneur-partners and portfolio companies.
