We have completed the First Closing of our third fund, B4 H III \u2013 EuVECA Fund, reaching total commitments of \u20ac51.85 million, exceeding the initial target by 75%. Around 50 Italian and international investors participated, confirming strong continuity with the previous B4 H II: the majority of subscribers chose to renew their trust, in many cases increasing their commitment.<\/p>\r\n

This milestone marks an important step in our growth journey and reaffirms the strength of our strategy, focused on hands-on support to Italian small hidden champions operating in niche markets with significant international growth potential.<\/p>\r\n

With B4 H III, we continue along a path of \u201cevolution in continuity\u201d, maintaining a highly selective approach in identifying targets and strengthening a value-creation model based on strategic expertise, managerial development and international expansion, also thanks to the contribution of our Club B4.<\/p>\r\n
