It is, above all, a lens through which priorities can be assessed and defined.<\/p>\n<p>With this approach, we have once again completed the ESG assessment of the portfolio companies of B4 H II and B4 H III.<\/p>\n<p>The evaluations, conducted by Cerved Rating Agency, confirm an overall positioning in the mid-to-high range, with a further upgrade compared to the previous year:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lazzerini Srl S.B. \u2013 69\/100<\/strong> with a structured and integrated approach to sustainability;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sa.No. \u2013 68\/100<\/strong> with a strong focus on circular economy and environmental management;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ferper Springs \u2013 72\/100<\/strong> with excellent governance and environmental performance;<\/li>\n<li><strong>GWC USA, Inc. USA \u2013 60\/100<\/strong> providing a solid foundation for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alongside these, <strong>VAY S.R.L.<\/strong> completed its first ESG assessment following B4\u2019s investment, achieving a score of <strong>59\/100<\/strong>, with a development plan already defined and underway.<\/p>\n<p>These results confirm our approach: integrating ESG factors into investment processes and the active management of portfolio companies, turning them into tangible drivers of value creation.<\/p>\n<p>This commitment is further reinforced by the launch of B4 H III \u2013 our first FIA managed under Article 8 of the EU SFDR Regulation \u2013 which has continued to gain investor confidence, with the successful completion of its second closing in recent months, following a first closing that exceeded its initial target by 75% within just a few weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESG is not just a matter of compliance or a reporting exercise.
