INFORMATION ON THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING COLLECTED THROUGH THE WEBSITE OF B4 INVESTIMENTI SGR S.P.A.

THE OWNER OF THE DATA PROCESSING

The “Owner” of the processing is B4 Investimenti SGR S.p.A., based in Via del Corso 300, 00186, Rome (RM) (hereinafter “B4” or the “Company”).

PLACE AND PURPOSE OF THE DATA PROCESSING; LEGAL BASIS

The processing of personal data related to the web services of this website takes place at the headquarters of B4.
The personal data are used for the sole purpose of providing the requested services and shall be communicated to third parties only, if necessary, for the aforementioned purpose.
The data processing carried out by B4 (for the aforementioned purposes) has as its “legal basis” – pursuant to the Regulation (EU) no. 679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter the “Rules”) – the execution of the service (sending information, submitting applications, etc.) expressly requested by the users.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing data

The information systems and software procedures, aimed to guarantee a good operation of the website, acquire, during their operativity, some personal data automatically transmitted using the Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, nevertheless, the processing and the association through data held by third parties could conduct to the identification of the users.
This kind of data processing includes: IP addresses and/or the domain names of the computers used by users who visit the website, the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) address about the resource requested, the time of the request, the method used in the submit of the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code related to the response status given by the web server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to check its correct working and the data are immediately deleted after the processing. Such data could be used to ascertain the responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Company’s website.

Data voluntary provided by the users

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses (indicated in the appropriate sections of this website) entails the subsequent acquisition of some personal data of the applicant, necessary to respond to requests

CV data sent to the Company

Personal data in the CV sent to the company’s address (i.e. info@b4investimenti.it) will be used solely for the purposes of evaluating the profile of the candidates and for selecting them, in any case in compliance with the provisions of the Rules and with the Italian applicable legislation. Any sending of data pursuant to art. 9 of the Rules – relating, specifically, to: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical convictions, union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data aimed to solely identify a physical person, the health, the sexual life or the sexual orientation of the person – involves the immediate cancellation of the data, in the absence of a written declaration of consent of the user to the processing by B4, and the impossibility for the Company to provide the requested service.

Processing method and data conservation period

Personal data are processed using automated IT tools, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and in compliance with the provisions of art. 5 of the Rules and the regulation on the security of personal data processing pursuant to the Rules and applicable Italian legislation.
These security measures are aimed to prevent data loss, incorrect illicit use and unauthorized access.
Personal data will be collected by B4 for the time necessary to pursue the purposes for which they are collected and, subsequently, for the retention period imposed by regulations that may be applicable to the Company.

Data provision

The provision of data by users aimed to request the sending of information material (and/or to submit the application) to B4 is optional, except as specified above with reference to internet data.
The failure to send personal data, necessary to provide the requested information and/or services, will conduct the impossibility, for B4, to respond to user requests.

Rights of data users

The subjects, to whom the personal data refer, have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of the data, to access them and to know their content, their origin, their geographical location, and to request a copy.
The users even have the right to verify its accuracy, the request of its integration, the cancellation, the updating, the correction, the limitation of processing, the transformation into hidden form or the interruption of the data that are infringing the law, as well as to oppose, for legitimate reasons, their treatments.
The user is also entitled to data portability and to propose a complaint to the Data Protection Authority.
