Fabrizio Baroni meets UniVertis students for a lecture on small-cap Private Equity

Yesterday, our Founder & Managing Partner Fabrizio Baroni met with the students of UniVertis – Scuola di Finanza Operativa in Naples for a lecture dedicated to the world of Private Equity.

It was an opportunity to discuss the role of investment funds in supporting business growth, with a specific focus on Private Equity activity in the small-cap segment and on the “B4 perspective”: an approach that combines entrepreneurial vision, financial expertise, close proximity to portfolio companies and the added value of a qualified network supporting development paths.

Through the analysis of selected business cases, the lecture offered the opportunity to take a closer look at the principles that guide investment transactions, the dynamics of value creation and the contribution that a financial partner can make to sustainable development, managerialisation and consolidation paths for SMEs.
