B4 Investimenti enters the “safety critical” components segment for the automotive sector, supporting Fernando Perillo in the international expansion of Ferper Group

We are pleased to announce our entry into the safety-critical automotive components sector through our investment in the Ferper Group, an Italian company with an already established presence in Mexico and the United States.
The transaction, carried out in partnership with founder Fernando Perillo and supported by the newly appointed CEO Enrico Pilat, represents an important step for us: a growth project aimed at further strengthening the Group’s international footprint and accelerating its industrial, organisational and managerial development.

With this investment — the fifth made through the B4 H II fund — we complete the deployment of our second fund and prepare to enter the next phase of our growth journey.
